I’m always grateful to exhibit with the Lyme Art Association, and I’m honored to have two pieces selected for Expanding Visions, a juried exhibition on view from June 6 to July 17, 2025.

Exhibition: June 6 – July 17, 2025
Opening Reception & Awards: Saturday, June 14 from 5 – 7 pm
Location: Lyme Art Association | 90 Lyme StreetOld Lyme, CT06371 USA

During this period, LAA will present Expanding Visions alongside a second show, both featuring the diverse creative voices of LAA member artists. The exhibition spans a range of artistic approaches—from hyper-realism to nonrepresentational abstraction—highlighting unique perspectives and encouraging viewers to expand their own visual vocabulary.

I’m especially pleased to share that my works Ideas in Waiting and Assorted Suckers will be on view. Ideas in Waiting has traveled quite a bit, while Assorted Suckers will be making its exhibition debut. I’m sincerely thankful to juror Douglas Degges for this opportunity.

Incorporated in 1914, the Lyme Art Association continues the tradition of presenting fine art exhibitions and sales by its artist members in the historic gallery. Exhibitions of Lyme Impressionist paintings began in 1902 and were held every summer in the Phoebe Griffin Noyes Library in Old Lyme until August 6, 1921, when the present Lyme Art Association gallery opened.
